Elevate Media Consulting is a software company. It makes hosted software a small business runs itself: Social, which makes your posts, short videos and replies from your own footage, and the assistant, which answers your business’s own texts and books people in. Buy one, buy both, or run it across your clients on the agency ladder. Nobody at Elevate does the work for you.
No. Elevate Media Consulting sells software, not a service, and it is not an agency. Nobody at Elevate manages your accounts, writes your posts or replies to your customers. You log in, the software has made the posts, and you tap approve. There is no done-for-you plan, at any price.
Yours on your posts, ours on the app. You pick your colour scheme, and the app wears it; your logo goes where your brand goes, on what you publish. Elevate Media Consulting’s mark stays in the corner of the app, because you are renting the software, and that is how the price stays at $99. If you want it logo-free and in your own brand throughout, that is a build from our sister company, Elevate AI For Business.
Yes. Social and the assistant are one app and are sold separately or together. Social is from $99 a month with no setup. The assistant on its own is $249 a month a brand, with a $950 setup once. Both together is a Social plan plus $179 a month a brand for the assistant, with a $650 setup once, and a toggle at the top switches between them.
Yes. Elevate AI For Business, a sister company under the same ownership, builds it for you to own: logo-free of Elevate, in your own brand throughout, on your own accounts, for a one-off fee with no monthly fee. The social build is $7,500 to $12,000; the assistant on its own $7,500 to $9,500, or $3,500 more built with Social; an agency build $35,000 to $50,000. Every build is quoted from its scope. It publishes every price on its own site.
You run the software yourself and plug in your own AI accounts. You pay your own AI costs and see what each job costs, you choose which AI does which job and can change it when a better one comes along, and what you generate sits on your own account. A Gemini API key has a free tier, so a small shop may pay nothing for AI at all.
No. Nobody at Elevate Media Consulting can read your customers’ messages, your bookings or their phone numbers. This is not a policy. It is built into the database, which refuses to give that data to anyone at Elevate, and the test suite proves it by trying to read it and failing.
Yes. Paying monthly has no minimum term, so you can stop whenever you like. If you pay 6 or 12 months upfront you have paid for those months, and it costs about 15% or 25% less. You keep every file.
It reads the footage and photos you already have, cuts short videos, writes posts, captions and replies in your voice, fills a content calendar, keeps one inbox for comments, DMs and email, and runs funnels off a comment word. Nothing is posted until you approve it.
No special filming is needed. The software builds your posts from footage and photos you already have, including old phone videos and recorded talks.
Yes. Once you approve a post, the software posts it to Instagram and Facebook through Meta’s official connection, and it can also post to X, LinkedIn and YouTube. TikTok is the exception: the software makes the video file and you upload it yourself.
You tap Not this one and that post does not go out. Nothing is posted until you approve it, and you can ask for a change, such as a shorter cut or different words, and the software redoes it.
A funnel answers people who comment a word you choose, such as COLOUR GUIDE. The software replies in public under their comment, DMs them, asks them to follow and sends the guide, file or link they asked for. You see who went through it and how far. Replies only, no cold outreach.
One list for comments, DMs on every platform, X and your email. Each row says who answered it: the assistant, you or a funnel. Anything that needs you sits at the top with the reason. Email is draft-only by default.
Solo connects up to 25 accounts for 1 business. Shop connects up to 60 accounts across up to 3 brands. Multi connects up to 200 accounts across up to 8 different businesses or brands under one owner, with each brand past 8 at $45 a month. An agency running other people’s businesses is priced per client instead.
It stays in your own library, and the software reads it to write a transcript and cut your videos. Your footage and everything made from it stay yours, and no other client can see it.
Yes. You own your footage and every file the software makes from it, including the finished videos, photos and written posts.
It answers your customers’ texts on your business’s own number: hours, services, parking, the address. It books and reschedules appointments, and it tells a lost customer how to find your door. You set what it says.
Price, complaints, anything medical, anything legal, and anything on your own never-say list. It tells the customer you will reply, and holds the conversation for you at the top of your list with the reason.
Yes. You can read every conversation in your login and press Take over to answer the customer yourself. The assistant stays out of that thread until you hand it back.
Not yet. Voice calls are coming but are not built, so today the assistant answers texts only.
Yes. On its own it is $249 a month a brand, with a $950 setup once: the texts, the bookings, the hours and the never-say list, nothing else. With a Social plan it is $179 a month a brand and the setup is $650, and a toggle at the top switches between them.
A setup once for each brand, then monthly. On its own: $950 setup, then $249 a month a brand. Alongside Social: $650 setup, then $179 a month a brand. On the agency ladder it is $49 a month for each client that has it. It is never free: it has its own phone number, it sends and receives your customers’ texts, and it holds the hard ones for you. Prices are in Australian dollars.
The agency console: one login that runs every client business, with the businesses under each client, what needs a person across all of them, who says yes, whose AI keys, and the billing. Every client is walled from every other. The app wears your colours, with Elevate Media Consulting’s mark in the corner, because it is rented.
$599 a month for the agency base: the console, a login for each client, client approvals, the client wall and a separate set of AI keys for each client. Then $59 a month for each client business, and $39 a month each from the eleventh. 100 GB a client is included; each extra 100 GB on a client is $15 a month. The assistant is $49 a month per client. Seven clients is $1,012 a month. Twenty-five clients is $1,774 a month.
On the rented ladder, your colours are yours and the mark in the corner is Elevate Media Consulting’s. Your logo goes on what you publish for your clients. If you want the console and every client’s app under your own logo with nothing of Elevate on it, that is the agency build from Elevate AI For Business: $35,000 to $50,000 once, owned outright, no monthly fee.
Because it is more software. You get the console, a login for every client, client approvals, the wall between clients and a separate set of AI keys for each client, and you resell the software to your clients for your own margin. Multi, at $399 a month, is one owner running up to 8 of their own brands on one login.
No. Every client is walled from every other. No footage, draft, thread, number, voice or key crosses between them. Each client has its own set of AI keys, and nobody at Elevate can see any of it.
Either. It is set client by client. A client can log in and say yes to their own posts and replies, or you can say yes for them. Nothing goes out without a yes from one of you.
Past about ten clients it is worth doing the sum. Hosted at ten clients is $1,189 a month, about $14,268 a year, every year. An agency build from Elevate AI For Business is $35,000 to $50,000 once, in Australian dollars, under your own brand with nothing of Elevate on it, and no monthly fee.
Social is Solo $99, Shop $199 or Multi $399 a month, in Australian dollars, with no setup. The assistant is $179 a month a brand alongside Social with a $650 setup once, or $249 a month a brand on its own with a $950 setup. Extra posts are $20 a month for each extra 20, extra storage $15 a month for each extra 100 GB. An agency is $599 a month plus $59 a client business, $39 from the eleventh. Pay 6 months upfront for about 15% less, 12 months for about 25% less.
No. Every plan is software you log in to and run yourself. Nobody at Elevate runs your social media for you, at any price. If you would rather own the software outright, Elevate AI For Business builds it for a one-off fee.
Four things: connected accounts, how many businesses or brands, storage, and the posts a month included. Solo has 25 accounts, 1 business, 100 GB and 16 posts a month. Shop has 60 accounts, up to 3 brands, 500 GB and 40 posts. Multi has 200 accounts, up to 8 brands, 2 TB and no limit on posts, with each brand past 8 at $45 a month. The assistant is in none of them: it is $179 a month a brand on top, with a $650 setup. Posts and storage over your plan meter instead of moving you up.
No. Extra posts are $20 a month for each extra 20, counted to the nearest 20. One business on Solo posting 45 times a month is $99 plus $20, which is $119 a month, not the $399 of the top plan. Storage works the same way: $15 a month for each extra 100 GB.
No. Paying monthly is full price and has no minimum term. Prepay is the only minimum term there is: 6 months upfront is about 15% less and 12 months upfront is about 25% less.
That depends on which AI companies you use and how much footage you send, and you see the cost of each job on your own account. A Gemini API key has a free tier, so a small business sending a few hours of footage a month may pay nothing at all.
Yes. It is a copy of the software itself, running in the page, with invented businesses in it. Nothing in it saves, sends or posts, and nothing in it reaches the internet: every button that would do something in your account says what it would do instead of pretending it did it.
Because that is what the rented software looks like. The colours are the business’s own choice, picked in the app. The mark in the corner is ours. A build from Elevate AI For Business carries the business’s own mark instead, and nothing of ours.
No. Every business on this site is invented, and so is every name, person, booking and number. No real client appears anywhere on it.
One call and one form. You answer twelve questions once, add the footage you already have, and the software sets itself up: it builds your brand and your voice from your answers, reads your footage, and shows you your first fortnight of posts to approve. Every answer can be changed in your login.
A twenty-minute call, about an hour on the form, ten minutes to start adding footage, and about half an hour to go through your first fortnight. Then each week you look, approve and send the replies.
Nothing matches that word. Try another, or clear the search.
