Elevate Media Consulting Book a call

The assistant

Every text to your business gets an answer.

Elevate Media Consulting runs a virtual assistant for your business. It answers your customers by text, books and moves appointments, and gets a lost customer to your door.

  • Answers by text
  • Voice calls: not built yet
  • Hard questions go to a person
The conversations screen of the EMC assistant: a list of customer texts, with three held at the top in red for a person, a price question, a complaint and a never-say topic, and the held price conversation open on the right with a Take over button.
Every text your customers send, with the ones it will not answer on its own, like a price question or a complaint, held at the top for you. An invented example business, shown in the real software. Swipe the picture sideways to see all of it. Open full size

What it does

It handles the everyday texts.

Held for a person

Some texts wait for you.

When one of these comes in, the assistant stops. It tells the customer a person will reply. You can read every conversation and take over.

  1. 01

    Price.

Asked how much? It does not quote. A person answers.

  2. 02

    Complaints.

An unhappy customer gets a person, not a script.

  3. 03

    Anything medical.

Symptoms, medication, treatment. A person answers.

  4. 04

    Anything legal.

Contracts, claims, disputes. A person answers.

  5. 05

    Your own list.

Add anything you never want it to say.

One held conversation

This is what you see when it stops.

  1. The customer’s message, word for word.
  2. Why the assistant stopped. Here: a complaint.
  3. A Take over button. Press it and the customer is yours.
One held conversation in the EMC assistant: a customer complains that her order was wrong, the assistant has replied that the owner will text back today and stopped, a red banner says held, a complaint, and a Take over button sits top right.
One held conversation: the customer's complaint, the assistant stopped and waiting, and a Take over button so you can answer it yourself. An invented example business, shown in the real software. Swipe the picture sideways to see all of it. Open full size

Questions

Questions about the assistant

What does the Elevate Media Consulting assistant do?

The Elevate Media Consulting assistant answers your customers’ texts. It answers questions about your hours, services, parking and address, it books and reschedules appointments, and it tells a lost customer how to find your door. Elevate Media Consulting runs it for you.

What will the assistant not answer on its own?

The Elevate Media Consulting assistant does not answer questions about price, complaints, anything medical, anything legal or anything on your own never-say list. It tells the customer a person will reply and holds the conversation for you.

Can the assistant answer phone calls?

Not yet. Voice calls are coming but are not built, so today the Elevate Media Consulting assistant answers texts only.

Can I take over a conversation from the assistant?

Yes. You can read every conversation in your Elevate Media Consulting login and press Take over to answer the customer yourself.

Own it instead

Would you rather own the software outright?

Elevate AI For Business builds it for you, tailored to your business, for a one-off fee. You run it yourself and there is no monthly fee to us. It is a separate company under the same ownership as Elevate Media Consulting.
